    NeoMab is a next-generation fully human antibody transgenic mouse model established by NeoMab Biotechnology. This model integrates the antibody coding genes for human heavy chain and kappa light chain variable region libraries in situ, while retaining the complete constant region and regulatory elements of BALB/c mice. This results in an immune response comparable to or even superior to that of BALB/c, making it highly suitable for the development of fully human antibodies.
